Information on the protection of personal data in accordance with Article 12 of the EU Regulation 679/2016
Pursuant to the new Regulation 679/2016, in accordance with the principle accountability of any processing of personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. Such principles imply that the interested party is informed about the existence of it, the purposes and their rights.
In this document the Data Controller will provide the necessary information to the interested party to ensure the correct use in compliance with the accountability. With this in mind, please review the following information.
GIACOMINI 25 s.r.l. as the Data Controller and legal representative, pursuant to and result of the Regulation UE 2016/679, hereby informs the interested party that the collected personal data concerning the party, acquired by the Controller or requested later and/or communicated by third parties, are necessary and will be used for the purposes indicated below. The processed personal data will be, in general terms, personal data or company names, email addresses or telephone numbers.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data collected will be used for the purposes related to pre-contractual, contractual, legal, fiscal and accounting obligations, for service communications, handling complaints and to inform you about our services, your reservations and reservations in the building.

RIGHT OF ACCESS – art. 15
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information:
The right to obtain a copy shall not adversely affect the rights and freedom of others.
RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION – art. 16
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data
completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
